Why this workshop?

Who are you? Who is your partner? What career are you pursuing? How do you care for yourself? Many of your visible choices are guided by invisible threads from your maternal lineage. When those threads are too tight, you may experience tension, procrastination, or a persistent feeling of not being good enough.

Breathing space in the mother connection is a two-day, experiential journey in which men and women unravel unconscious maternal patterns. Through free breathing, energetic perception, constellations, and embodied exercises, you transform inherited beliefs and traumas into your authentic strength, allowing you to move more freely in your relationships, work, and life.

What will we do?

You can expect a powerful yet gentle space of support. You’ll be invited to face the pain and be released from it. You’ll learn to (re)cognize the signs of transformation. Held by a safe group and the surrounding nature, you’ll take steps toward your own inner space where love and autonomy coexist.

• Slowing down and breathing to open the body and the nervous system.

The location

The Tao Nature House in Grobbendonk is a magical, fairytale-like place surrounded by the silence of beautiful trees. Weather permitting, we will work outside as much as possible. The environment protects and supports your transformation process.
