Family constellations

On 6 September 1 place became available for your own constellation. On 4 October all places for your OWN constellation were filled. 

You can book your place for your OWN CONSTELLATION from November 2026 up to and including May 2027. See below. There is ALWAYS ROOM for you as a representative. 

🌀What are family constellations?

Adults wrestle with all sorts of challenges in their lives for which they cannot find a satisfactory solution. When they glance back over their shoulder at their early childhood, they discover that they took care of their parents with great love. Sometimes they forgot to be a child. Their love and loyalty towards their family system surpass everything, even when they no longer want any contact with certain family members. Even as adults they remain loyal to the system and keep caring for it. This makes it difficult to lead the life they long for. It shows in the difficulties that come their way. 

A family constellation makes the loyalties and entanglements that disrupt the flow of life literally visible. Through the constellation, the emotional obstacles are seen, given a place and released. It becomes easier to take responsibility for your own life instead of losing yourself in patterns that have been woven through families for generations.  A constellation is a way of working that gives you breathing space to truly take part in life. You do not need to bring any family members with you.

We look at participants' pressing questions. Thanks to the high-quality representatives and the ever-unfolding work, we create clarity where there were blind spots before. Your breathing starts flowing again and, at the same time, your deep joy soars. Participants experience relief, liberation, safety and perspective.

You are welcome even without any experience. The group will carry you along into the astonishing workings of constellations.

🔍 Which questions can be explored?

Any question can be explored through a constellation. 

It might be about your personal growth, your children, your parents, health, relationships, work, choices you want to make, conflicts, ambition, a vague feeling of unease, etc...

I will help you to make your question clear. 

Finding balance

The structure of a family system is very delicate. Either it is a sturdy construction, or it can threaten to collapse at any moment.

Stacking stones calls for patience, for sensing where the centre of gravity lies and for searching for the right place for each part so that the whole remains standing. That is exactly what a constellation does: it searches for the right place in the family system so that calm and balance can arise. It is earthy and tangible, but the process is energetic.

Will I gain something from it as a representative too?

Absolutely. As a representative you are part of the whole and you make an important contribution to the constellations of others. The themes that come up touch you as well and set healing processes in motion within the representatives. The more you take part as a representative, the more you grow in self-confidence and self-worth. It develops your capacity to sense and feel. As a representative you gain a broader view of the themes people encounter in their lives. This also gives you insights into your own life.

The natural order

Everyone has a place of their own. That place belongs to no one else. When everyone stands in their own place, the system flows.

• For taking part with a question for your own constellation in a full constellation day*. € 200
• * Drinks, refreshments and a healthy, freshly prepared lunch during the constellation day are included in the rate.

‘In this podcast we are glad to follow the story of a donor-conceived child. How she experienced and discovered this, but also how she wants to frame it as a positive story for the future. We would like to draw attention to the fact that mistakes were made in the past, which we need to look at with growing insight, learning from the lessons of the past. We do this by means of a panel discussion between an intended mother, a family constellation facilitator (myself), a lawyer and a donor-conceived child.’
