Your hosts
Lars Christian Börner
- Lars is director at the Scientific Department of Education and Constellations at Constellators International.
- My systemic point of view is neither abra nor cadabra. Although I have been a learner and practitioner for many years, as I begun as a social worker, learned my constellational work from Gesa Jürgens, a straight student of Virginia Satir, made a Master in Multidimensional Organisational Consulting and have a degree as a teacher and led my small branch office of a school for students with special needs whereas now I am an academic lecturer at the iu university of applied science, I would still say that each and everyone of us can easily plant the systemic world view in his- or herself! Let’s do this and make nothing less than the world slightly better.
Hilde Van Bulck
- Hilde is co-director at the Scientific Department of Education and Constellations at Constellators International (CI).
- She is ambassador for Belgium at CI.
- I'm professional constellator and teacher. I have been pioneering educational innovation with the introduction of constellation work in schools (since 2011), shedding light on the complex web of human relationships. My dual method—integrating energetic consciousness with systemic setups—addresses diverse challenges. With my 26 years of experience in education at different levels (teacher, coordinator, school director) and as a trainer in spiritual consciousness (since 2000), I bring a variety of experiences to every session, always aiming to elevate teams to new heights.
I have seen many problems in schools. I have also experienced the profound potential of constellation work into the educational landscape, bringing clarity to the problem's underlying dynamics. I want to empower educators, students, and school communities worldwide with the transformative tools of constellation work.
Kashish Vyas
- Kashish is ambassador for India at Constellators International
- Kashish is an independent Systemic Constellations Practitioner and Coach from India. He’s actively working with people from different walks of life since three years now. He brings in the elements of depth, ease, humor and respect for his clients to empower them fully and authentically. Kashish is enthusiastic about sharing Trauma-Informed Systemic work with more and more people across the globe.
