🌀 What is it?

 

A constellation day is not a training, not a brainstorming session and not a coaching conversation.
It’s an active day where you explore, in a direct and experiential way, what blocks your business or your team. We do this through organisational constellations.

You may bring a specific question or situation as a case presenter. Through representatives, we make underlying dynamics visible in the space. This makes it possible to sense what is really going on – and what is needed to initiate movement. You also take part in other participants’ questions. You don’t just learn from your own case, but also from the surprising insights that emerge from the other entrepreneurs’ constellations. These can be just as useful for your own business. Constellations offer a different kind of insight than you’re used to. You gain clarity in your theme and in your mind. You leave with a clear head.
