Reading - Healing - Energy work

A few words of explanation...

Your longing for inner freedom and transformation keeps drawing you further. You can choose to free your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies from fears, insecurities, depression, low self-esteem and resistance. This makes it easier to follow the path of your heart. Through energetic transformation methods, you discover who you are, your relationships become clearer, your health improves and you gain clarity about confusing situations in your life. Energetic awareness brings you very close to yourself, which feels wonderful. Recurring patterns lessen or dissolve. You experience a change from within that is mirrored by the changes in the world around you. You are more firmly anchored in the NOW.

After a reading or healing, it is advisable to give yourself a few hours of integration time.
