It is with great pride that I offer you a varied summer mix week for the eighth time. Many have gone before you. Will you be joining us for this year's edition?

Life can sometimes be quite a search. Seek and you shall find, as the saying goes. Now imagine that this well-known saying doesn't apply to life. Do you actually need to search for life? And how? If you look around carefully, you'll notice that life is all around you. Not only around you: it also swirls within you, in movement and in stillness. You don't need to make impossible efforts for that. What would happen if you allowed life to find you? What would be different? What would change? What would it do to you? Then we no longer speak of 'doing', but of 'being'. That is exactly what we are going to 'do' during the summer mix week, where life finds you, er..., 'be', I mean. 

During the summer mix week we follow the path inwards, to where life is present in all its fullness. We open ourselves to a palette of colours, scents, experiences, sensations, perceptions and life energy. We open ourselves to the field of life, supported by wonderful fellow human beings. I can't reveal the actual recipe for this unique palette, but I can already share a few ingredients. We create a powerful field of awareness made of light, love, strength, relaxation, family constellations, meditation, experiencing energy, creative expression, the seven Cosmic Rays, body work, breathing and growth. Always different, always renewing and deepening. All of this is served on a tray of playfulness, simplicity, authenticity and humour in green, rural surroundings close to the Eastern Scheldt that instantly put you in a relaxed holiday mood. In the intimacy of a group of like-minded participants, we attune together to whatever presents itself in that moment for each participant and for the group. You don't need to make much effort, because when you relax, life bubbles up all by itself. You return home recharged and, at the same time, deeply connected with yourself.

📍Location: A unique place of silence in Zeeland

You'll find Land aan Zee in the quiet countryside of Burgh-Haamstede (NL), close to the Eastern Scheldt and a stone's throw from the endless beaches of Schouwen-Duiveland. The whole area is teeming with life: you hear the owls calling, see the geese passing overhead in large flocks, the wind playing through the dune grass and the swallows skimming past the house, twittering as they go. The endless views set you dreaming. Apart from that, it is quiet here… At night you will be amazed by the starry sky and the well-preserved darkness on the island. The rare silence invites a deeper connection with yourself, with others and with nature.

A place of connection

A traditional Zeeland farm barn next to the farmhouse ‘Mon Plaisir’ was lovingly restored in 2022. The new adjoining barns breathe the same calm and authenticity. Large windows let the endless views reach deep into your soul. An openness you carry with you as you look at yourself and as you talk with other guests.

• All workshops, each a unique experience from a different angle and attuned to the group.

Not included

• Travel there and back. You will have the opportunity to get in touch with one another to carpool. Please note, however, that this is no guarantee that there will actually be someone you can travel with. That depends on supply and demand.
• Snacks and drinks other than water, coffee and tea. 
• Use of a bicycle. 
• Extra sauna sessions.
• Activities not organised by Samtati – Hilde Van Bulck. They are usually free, though.

✍ After registering

• After registering, you will receive a questionnaire about food and travel. 
• You will receive a questionnaire about your family system. You can prepare it in case you become a candidate for a constellation.
• About ten days before the start of the summer mix week, you will receive an email with all the practical information.

It goes without saying that the gratitude was mutual. Only with a group of people, each with their own individuality, willing to turn inwards time and again and dare to look in the mirror, could we reach this high level. The vibration of the previous weeks resonated for a long time.
