After a year of discovery and growth in the world of Systemic Leadership Awareness, I invite you to continue your journey with the second-year programme, an in-depth exploration that takes your knowledge and skills to a professional level. We use the strong foundation of the first year as a springboard to dive deeper into the work and to broaden our horizons by integrating powerful perspectives: systemic, energetic, personal, professional, practical and through equine coaching.

When you work with systemic constellations, this asks of you an inner attitude that is both full of integrity and powerful. Working with the knowing field calls for subtle and finely tuned attunement. This beautiful way of working leaves no room for carelessness when you work with your clients.

That is why I like to begin with a group of committed people who are willing to make their own inner journey and who want to free up time and energy for the training, the peer supervision, additional constellation days and the assignments. Only with this commitment does the training make sense. Before the training begins, you will receive an intake questionnaire.

The location, a green place with room to breathe

The transformation programme takes place on the estate of the centuries-old, yet renovated, Hottentothoeve in Bonheide, near Mechelen. It offers a wide view over the green surroundings, and the horses are close by. The farm lies in the Cassenbroek nature reserve, where you can take long walks through the woods, the heathland and between the meadows. We are surrounded by peace and quiet, which is ideal for a family constellations training.

Certificate

Constellation work is work that calls for a great deal of depth and respect. It is a delicate matter that requires the necessary care. The work asks for an attitude of integrity from the facilitator and a willingness to empty your own backpack. Constellations and clients can only be guided well when these conditions are met.

At the end of the training you receive a certificate, for which certain conditions must be met. These conditions deepen your programme and your professional development. The date of the certificate ceremony is set together with the group.

Attendance at the training is compulsory.
You take part in every peer supervision group.
You take part in at least three constellation days in Borsbeek.
You choose a personal theme as a common thread throughout the training and work it out systemically.
You are present on the day the certificates are awarded.
If you take part for your own growth, the same agreements apply to obtain a certificate.
