🌀 What will we be doing?

Money is rarely just a practical matter. It carries stories, beliefs, loyalties and emotions with it, often without our realising it.

In this masterclass we explore the place money takes up in your life, your work or your business. Not through figures or strategies, but from a systemic perspective that reveals how finances are interwoven with family systems, upbringing and unconscious patterns.

For self-employed people, business owners and decision-makers, money can be bound up with themes such as responsibility, carrying, risk, success or guilt. For individuals, the question is often why money flows so easily, or instead gets stuck, despite effort and good intentions.

✨What can you expect?

Drawing on systemically inspired work, we look at, among other things:

• the place of money in the family system,
• what was passed down about earning, receiving and scarcity,
• loyalties that unconsciously limit financial growth,
• the relationship between money, self-worth and taking your place,

We also work with insightful perception exercises that bring clarity to what usually stays beneath the surface. These exercises often work as real eye-openers: they bring to light what you already sensed, but could not yet put into words.

This masterclass is not financial advice and not a business training. It offers a broadening perspective that helps you look at things differently and so makes other movements possible.

When money is given a different place, space can open up for more clarity, calm and direction. In decisions. In business. And in life itself.

So last Tuesday was once again a real eye-opener for me during the masterclass with Hilde Van Bulck on ‘The place money takes up’

You should know: money flows well in my life 😉, and yet there were still some ‘little energy knots’, as I'll call them, that needed to be looked at and set right.

During this full day we did about five systemic constellations, and insights came up that, when I saw them, were very familiar to me, but that I actually wasn't aware were still playing a part in my life.

My loyalty to my mum, it turned out, was still very strong.
I wasn't yet standing in my right ‘place’, as they call it in systemic constellations. 
Everyone has their place, and if you're not standing in the right place, the shoe pinches.

For me, that was the kitchen.
When I was growing up, my mum felt that I belonged in the kitchen, cooking for my husband.
And unconsciously this was still in my system. Because I didn't want to stand in the kitchen at all.
I wanted to be the CEO of my own life and my own business.

So every time I wanted to take on a different role or place in my life, the kitchen was unconsciously still pulling at me energetically. You can imagine what a loss of energy that was!

I am sitting on a wooden bench, in the middle of a garden, right at its centre. It is a sunny day, the sky wide open. The birds are clearly loving it. For a moment a bumblebee buzzes around my head.

I can already feel it: this is my moment. The world lies at my feet. Reigning over my own life. What I allow in is naturally available: independently, with reverence and gentleness, for me.

The bench beneath me, feet on the ground, steady. The queen of my own realm, and at the same time the realm of everything and everyone. Ruling without dominating. Serving and being served.

The undercurrent becomes more and more tangible, impossible to avoid. Father and mother behind me, grandfathers and grandmothers, a further generation, and further still, on and on…

Each has told their own story, carried their own burdens, lived their own fate, had their own qualities, walked their own path. A stream of love, at times nourishing, at times challenging.

My heart fills with gratitude and reverence for what came before me and for what is here for me now. The stream turns the ground beneath my feet to gold.

It is up to me. It is my move. I have to do it myself.

Making choices: what do I take with me, what do I leave behind? Looking at what and who still wants to be seen.

In my life I may give from my heart, my gold… but I may also receive, right into my heart.

With a fresh view of my own puzzle, I stand up and leave the garden. A little lighter, happier, richer.
