Two-day workshop for younger and more mature women with spirit

🌀 What will we be doing?

These two days invite you to slow down. To drop out of your head and listen once more to the creative power that lives within you.

We start from the womb, not only as a physical organ, but as an energetic and spiritual centre of creation, receptivity and renewal. A place where life comes into being, is carried, is let go of and takes shape again and again. This power is present in every woman, whatever her age or stage of life.

Held by nature, we make room for the feminine as a principle of life: connected with the earth, the body, the cyclical and a knowing that is not linear. The womb reminds us of a way of being present that does not push, but allows things to grow. That does not steer, but carries.

Through the generations, this power was often held back, controlled or forgotten. In order to survive. In order to fit the picture. In order not to be too much. Yet what was not allowed to be lived lives on in the body, in relationships, in our creativity and life force.

✨What can you expect?

During these two days we work energetically, spiritually and systemically, with nature as an active field. The earth supports the remembering. The silence helps you to listen. The rhythm of the days invites you to trust a deeper pace once more.

Among other things, we will take time to explore:

• the womb as an inner space of creation,
• what was held on to or forgotten there,
• how feminine power has adapted through the generations,
• what wants to be born anew through you today,

There is room for:

• systemic exercises
• energetic and body-oriented work
• stillness and reflection
• simple rituals, carried by the place
• time to let things settle and ripen

Nature is not a backdrop, but a co-carrier of the process. Whatever is touched is given time. Whatever opens up does not need to be understood or named straight away.

These two days are not a training and not a therapeutic programme. They are a space for experience in which the creative power of the feminine can breathe again — in your body, at your own pace, in connection with the earth.
