Workshop for younger and more mature women with spirit

🌀 What will we be doing?

This one-day workshop invites you to pause for a moment and reconnect with a power that lives deep within you: the creative power of the feminine.

Our starting point is the womb, not only as a physical place, but as an energetic and spiritual centre of creation, receiving and inner knowing. The womb holds the capacity to bring into being, to carry, to nourish and to let go. This power belongs to every woman, whatever her age or stage of life.

In everyday life, this feminine creative power often slips into the background. It adapts, holds back or is overshadowed by pace, expectations and simply keeping things running. Yet what is not allowed to be lived does not disappear. It settles in the body, in patterns, in relationships and in the way we experience ourselves.

During this day, we make room to listen to the body once again, and to what is held there. From an energetic, spiritual and systemic perspective, we explore how the womb, as an inner space, is connected to our life story and to what has been passed down through the generations.

This day invites you to:

• slow down and drop out of your head,
• feel what in you wants to breathe,
• connect with your inner receptive power and
• (re)cognise where you have adapted or held yourself back.

We will work with:

• body awareness
• systemic exercises
• energy work
• creativity
• stillness and reflection

🎁 What will you take away? 

This one-day workshop is a first encounter with this field. An opening, a remembering, a gentle homecoming to what lives within you. Whatever is touched does not need to be completed or resolved.

This workshop is not a training course and not a therapeutic programme. It is a space for experience in which the feminine may become tangible again in your body, at your own pace, exactly as it wishes to show itself.
