A few words of explanation

Leadership. You have always dreamt of it, and it seemed like an easy task. Along the way, you discover that it is a fascinating job, but also one that asks a great deal of you. In your leadership role, the people around you experience you differently from how you see yourself. As a result, you sometimes run into friction. Processes don't run as smoothly as you had expected, you realise that delegating can still be a hurdle, and you wonder how to deal with all the different personalities and sensitivities in your team. The challenges are everywhere. The good news is that they carry you and your school further into a learning process and a balancing act between your own growth and the development of your team. 

A coach you can regularly turn to in confidence is a real asset, helping you carry out your many-sided role with greater ease. 

What you can expect 

What you can expect is tailor-made guidance from someone who knows the work from the inside, with attention to the areas in which you want to grow. You are heard, seen and acknowledged for who you are and for the efforts you make. We work interactively from your physical, mental, emotional and energetic awareness. We look at your challenges with open, fresh eyes and widen the boundaries of your comfort zone. We learn to lead while preserving, and even increasing, your energy. So: less stress and more creativity. The growth of your leadership capabilities will inspire your team towards greater collaboration, and therefore better results too. You can count on feedback that holds up a mirror, straight from the heart. 

A glimpse of the content

The programme starts from your unique life and work situation. 

The content is divided into seven areas of awareness:

1. Visible and tangible leadership.
2. Managing and drawing on your energetic sources of strength.
3. Systemic principles that contribute to a well-functioning team. 
4. Shadow sides.
5. Dealing with a diversity of staff profiles.
6. Dealing with criticism.
7. Stress management, balance and steadfastness.

Two options

Option A: Five one-hour sessions. 

• The foundations of each area of awareness.
• + 1 x 30 minutes of free online coaching.

Option B: 10 one-hour sessions.

• Deepening and integration of each area of awareness.
• + 2 x 30 minutes of free online coaching.

Tip! After a session, it is a good idea to give yourself time to integrate.

Practical information

Option A - 5 hrs + 1 x free 30' online consultation

€ 850

Option B - 10 hrs + 2 x free 30' online consultation:

 € 1500

• The price includes VAT for private individuals. For each additional half hour or part thereof, an extra € 40 incl. VAT is charged.
• The price excludes VAT for self-employed people, companies, organisations, cities, municipalities, schools,... For each additional half hour or part thereof, an extra € 50 excl. VAT is charged.
• Invoices must be requested when booking the consultation.

Individual consultations take place during the day on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
