A year of discovery in systemic awareness, leadership and constellations.
This year-long training is for people who want to learn to look systemically at themselves, their family system, their relationships and their professional context. It is especially valuable for education professionals, because so many personal, family and social dynamics come together in schools. Behind every pupil there is a family. Behind a parent–teacher meeting there sometimes lies a whole history. Behind tension in a team, old patterns, unclear places or hidden loyalties may be at play.
Systemic work helps you look not only at behaviour or symptoms, but at the deeper layer beneath them. That is often where more calm, clarity and movement arise.
This training is at the same time a personal programme and a professional foundation for later facilitating individual constellations and mini-live constellations.

Why this year-long training?
Some questions keep coming back, even when you have already done a lot of work on them.
- Why do I keep running into the same pattern?
- Why do I take so much responsibility upon myself?
- Why do I keep getting stuck in relationships, work or family?
- Why do certain situations in education, teams or guidance never get resolved?
- Why do I sense there is more going on than what is visible?
In this training you learn to look at these questions systemically. You explore how family systems, loyalties, loss, exclusion, confusion of place and old survival patterns continue to affect your life and work.
You learn to slow down, perceive, feel, bring order and guide. Not from quick fixes, but from respect for what wants to become visible.
The three pillars
1. Systemic - the longing to come home
You are part of systems: your family system, your work context, your school, your team, your relationships and the wider society.
In a system, nothing stands on its own. What was not seen can still have an effect generations later. What was not given a place can show itself in behaviour, tension, loss of energy or recurring conflicts.
During the training you learn to look at these interconnections. You learn to see how personal themes are often connected to a larger history.
2. Leadership - the journey with and within yourself
Leadership here is not about power, function or position. It is about taking your inner place.
You learn to take responsibility for what is yours and give back what is not yours. You learn to be more firmly present in your life, your work and in how you guide others.
For education professionals this means, among other things: staying clear in complex situations, keeping your place in relation to pupils, parents, colleagues and school leadership, and not taking everything personally or carrying it all alone.
3. Awareness - a powerfully intuitive training
Awareness is being consciously present with what is happening.
You learn to perceive without immediately analysing or solving. You develop sensitivity to body language, atmosphere, silence, movement, words and what remains unsaid.
This refined perception is essential in constellation work. It helps you stay present with yourself, with the other and with the larger field.
The year-long training in family constellations is a journey
of self-discovery and transformation.
The training is designed to guide you
through a series of lasting stages of growth.
You strengthen the quality of everything you do
by being consciously present.
Develop your conscious BEING and stand out in your work.

Discover the power of your family history and
transform your personal and professional life.

Why family constellations? Relief as a result.
Constellations are a simple yet unique method that makes visible the tangle of loyalties and entanglements within the family system. They are mysterious and, at the same time, very clear. The method is practised all over the world and is increasingly the subject of scientific research. Family constellations are finding their way into every layer of society. In the future they will play an ever greater role in all the areas where life takes place: relationships, the economy, finance, health, parenting and politics. Through constellations, unconscious patterns rise to the surface so that they can be breathed through. The healing process takes place, bringing with it a great sense of relief.
You can use constellations to explore something for yourself. They can be used one to one, and they are also possible in a group, where other people are available as representatives. Moreover, they take little time compared with other approaches.
Learn to look through a systemic lens.
Apply systemic work yourself.
Why educational constellations?
Education is much more than the transfer of knowledge. In every school, different systems come together: pupils, families, teachers, teams, school leaders, care structures, expectations, social pressure and old images of education.
Sometimes a pupil is seen as ‘the problem’, while he or she is actually showing something of a larger whole. Sometimes a team becomes entangled in old patterns. Sometimes parents and school stand opposite each other, while everyone really longs for the same thing: for a child to be able to grow.
Educational constellations make this undercurrent visible. They help you look at complex situations with more gentleness, clarity and precision. Not to find someone to blame. But to make movement possible.
This year-long training is for people who want to learn to look systemically at themselves, their family system, their relationships and their professional context. It is especially valuable for education professionals, because so many personal, family and social dynamics come together in schools.
Connected breathing - with guest teacher Marijn De Wit
In this year-long training, connected breathing is given a clear place.
Guest teacher Marijn De Wit leads two half-days on connected breathing. You get to know the power of the breath as a gateway to awareness, body awareness and inner space.
His grounding in breathwork comes from Rebirthing and Transformational Breathing, complemented by various trainings and years of experience. Connected breathing works with a connected, relaxed breathing rhythm that brings you into contact with your life energy. Because our autonomous breathing is strongly influenced by emotions, experiences and unconscious patterns, consciously connected breathing helps you let go of tension and blockages and experience more balance on a physical, mental, emotional and energetic level. Consciously connected breathing happens in the here and now, creating space for integration, healing and breaking through old patterns.
At The White Arrow , which he founded with Juanity Pyl in 2023, he offers breathwork in groups and individually, and organises Breath Coach trainings and a 10-week Integration Process. Marijn combines all this with shamanic energy work, Icaro healing songs and sound healing, bringing breath and sound together in an integrated approach.
Throughout the year-long training, the breath is further integrated, maintained and applied in constellation work. It supports you in staying present with what is touched, without forcing or disappearing into analysis. The breath helps experiences not only to be understood, but also to settle into the body.

You strengthen the quality of everything you do
by being consciously present.
Develop your conscious BEING and stand out in your work.
Why for you? Growth makes you sparkle with life.
For private individuals:
- For anyone who longs for more insight into themselves, their place, relationships, family patterns, old loyalties and inner freedom.
- You don't need any professional ambition to take part. Your personal growth is valuable in itself.
For education professionals:
- For teachers, pupil care coordinators, school leaders, CLB staff, educational advisers, pupil counsellors and others who work in or around education and notice that behaviour, tension and resistance often say more than is visible at first sight.
- You learn to look at the deeper dynamics behind pupil behaviour, parent–teacher meetings, team tension, care needs, resistance and recurring patterns in school contexts.
For facilitators and the self-employed:
- For coaches, therapists, care professionals, managers and entrepreneurs who want to integrate systemic work into their guidance or professional practice, so they can learn to look at people, teams and organisations.
Whether you are looking for more inner freedom as a private individual, or for more clarity in complex situations as an education professional, facilitator or self-employed person: systemic work helps you look at the layer beneath the visible story.
Modules spread over a year give you the opportunity to work in depth and to integrate what you have learned.
You grow individually and as a group.

What do you learn during the training?
Alongside the theory, the training is very practical and experiential. We practise a lot, in different ways and in many different contexts. What we experience in our bodies stays with us.
Among other things, you learn:
- To look systemically at yourself, families, relationships, work and education
- To work with the basic principles of family constellations
- To recognise the influence of place, order, bonding and balance
- To perceive what becomes visible and tangible in a constellation
- To explore your own patterns and loyalties
- To create safety and a holding space in individual and group work
- To facilitate individual constellations
- To facilitate mini-live constellations
- To understand and apply educational constellations
- To work with questions from school contexts, teams and guidance
- To work from a foundation of safety
- To integrate connected breathing as a support for awareness and regulation
- To strengthen your own professional attitude as a facilitator
- To work from expertise and accuracy
- To slow down, attune and stay present in not-knowing (the empty centre)
How do we work?
We work with a combination of...
- theory and systemic frameworks
- family constellations
- educational constellations
- individual and group exercises
- mini-live constellations
- body-oriented work
- presence awareness
- connected breathing
- creative methods
- reflection and integration
- peer supervision groups between the modules
- reports on exercises
- a personal or professional final project
- three extra constellation days
- Creativity and connected breathing have their place in the programme. Not as an extra, but as a way of engaging other layers of knowing, feeling and imagination.
- Between the modules, participants practise in peer supervision groups. This way, the learning process is not limited to the training days themselves.
What results can you expect? Embrace the surprises.
After this year of discovery you have a solid foundation in systemic work and constellations.
- You look differently at yourself, your family and your work.
- You have more insight into recurring patterns.
- You can take your place more clearly.
- You develop more calm and steadiness in complex situations.
- Your perception becomes more refined.
- You judge less quickly and no longer need to judge.
- You stay more firmly present with yourself and the other.
- You facilitate individual constellations.
- You facilitate mini-live constellations.
- You connect systemic work with your own life or work context
- You gain more language for what is often hard to explain
- With the knowledge and experience you have gained, you can get to work safely and with confidence.
- Old patterns have been released and your life energy flows more freely.
- Inner work has become familiar to you.
- Your work is evolving.
- You are inwardly freer to guide others.
- You experience the approach as honest, direct and transformative.
- You are eager for more.
The group energy and its growth are, of course, not to be underestimated. The connection between the group members adds value for the individual, the group and the programme itself. After the training, the group can be a core to fall back on.
We also make room and time for relaxation, reflection, movement, breathing and other surprises. Shared humour is the extra ingredient that makes systemic work easier to digest.

The impact of the facilitator - The question of commitment
Working with constellations requires more than technique. It requires presence, integrity, inner clarity and a willingness to face your own themes. Working with the knowing field requires subtle and finely tuned attunement. It does not tolerate carelessness when you work with your clients. Anyone who wants to guide others must also be willing to be touched and to look into themselves.
That is why I like to start with a group of committed people who are willing to make their own inner journey, and who want to free up time and energy for the training, the extra constellation days, the peer supervision, the assignments and the final project. That is also why this training begins with an intake. Not to select for perfection, but to sense whether this programme is right for you at this moment.

Taking part together as a school
Would you like systemic work to become more than the expertise of one enthusiastic colleague? Let a few key people follow the training together.
You don't need to enrol with an entire team. Form a core group of four or five colleagues from, for example, school leadership, pupil care, policy and the teaching staff. Together you follow the same training, develop a shared systemic language and learn to look from different positions at what is really going on in the school.
This way, the training does not stop at individual development. Together, you bring something back to the school.
Your programme facilitator
- She knows education from the inside and brings systemic work into schools, with family constellations as the foundation and educational constellations as her specialisation.
- She has been working with systemic constellations since 2006.
- She has specialised in family constellations, educational constellations and systemic constellations with the 7 universal levels of consciousness.
- Since 1994 she has been integrating energetic consciousness/awareness and personal development into her life.
- She has developed her own style and listens to her inner guidance.
- She has a strongly developed ability to mirror.
- Her guidance is often experienced as warm, clear, safe, direct and profound.
- She creates a framework in which people can slow down, explore, feel, laugh, breathe and look truthfully at whatever presents itself.
- She considers being present in this moment essential.
- Guiding groups makes her happy.
- She strives for the highest potential of consciousness for herself and her fellow human beings.
Her special attention goes to the connection between family systems and education. She wants to make educational constellations better known in the Benelux and beyond, because today, more than ever, schools need ways to learn to look beneath the surface.

The venue, a place with room to breathe.
- The training takes place at Domus Silva in Koningshooikt (Lier).
- We work in a spacious room, in a beautiful setting with a garden, nature, meadows and animals. The venue supports the slowing down, the holding and the depth of the programme.
- High-quality catering is included.

At the end of the training you receive a certificate when you meet the requirements. The requirements support your learning process and deepen your programme. The certificates are presented on Friday 4 June 2027.
- You attend the training days.
- You take part in the peer supervision groups.
- You take part in the constellation days in Borsbeek at least three times. You can find the dates here.
- You complete the personal deepening assignments.

- You show sufficient commitment to your learning process.
- You attend the certificate presentation day.
- If you take part for your own growth, the same agreements apply for obtaining a certificate.

The certificate does not mean you are ‘finished’. It shows that you have completed a solid first year and that you have explored the foundations of this work seriously, carefully and experientially.
Progressing to the second year
After this year of discovery you can progress to the second year.
There we take the systemic work deeper, and your professional attitude as a facilitator gains more refinement, grounding and practice.

For approximately € 219 per training day, you invest in a year-long programme in which you learn to look at the deeper dynamics in family systems, and behind pupil behaviour, parent–teacher meetings, team tension and recurring patterns in school contexts.
Many participants choose a shared investment: part through the school or organisation and part personally. That way the training is supported by both fields in which the participant grows. Feel free to contact us about this.
