Introductory workshop for education professionals

As a school leader, do you keep coming up against something in your team, your pupils or yourself?
Discover how a systemic perspective offers surprising insights and creates movement where the classic tools no longer get you any further.
Growth begins with insight
At school, you are constantly making decisions about pupils, class groups, colleagues, policy, parents, communication and change. Sometimes things run smoothly; sometimes you keep running into something without quite understanding why. That is when it makes sense to look at the bigger picture: the system that you, your team and your school are part of.
During this introductory workshop on educational constellations, you will be introduced to Systemic Leadership Awareness for schools. It is a powerful method that brings to light the underlying patterns in learning processes, collaboration and change. These patterns influence one another in ways you usually do not see. What could Systemic Leadership Awareness mean for your school?

What do you do with a collaboration that isn't running smoothly,
a class that turns everything upside down,
a team member who keeps putting up resistance,
changes that don't have the team's support
or the feeling in yourself that it is all too much?
🌀What is Systemic Leadership Awareness for schools?
In school leadership and policy, Systemic Leadership Awareness helps you to:
- Understand recurring tensions in your team and turn them around.
- Sense more clearly what does or does not feel right in choices, policy and communication.
- Approach stalled learning or support processes on a different level.
- Reduce conflict and strengthen collaboration.
- Clarify and take up your own place in your role as head teacher, coordinator or teacher.
- Create space for calm, trust and change that is truly supported.
- Shape your school from a broad field of awareness in which BEING present brings movement.
We combine insights from systemic work, such as educational constellations, energetic attunement and my many years of experience in education and as a trainer. Not yet another method on top of the pile, but a deeper way of seeing and acting within your school as a living system.
How do you find the right place for every member of staff?
What do you do with a parent who keeps clashing with the school,
a support need that finds no way in,
or a team that stays stuck in old hurts?
✨What can you expect?
- A clear and concrete introduction to systemic work (educational constellations) in educational contexts.
- Practical examples of how unconscious dynamics can steer your school and its policy.
- Experiential exercises, such as mini-constellations, that give you immediate insight into your own situation.
- Experiencing for yourself how this powerful method works and how it can be used.
-
A safe, warm and inviting setting in which you can discover, feel and ask questions.

‘Only when I saw the system of my school in front of me
did I understand why certain things weren't working.
By applying the systemic insights,
I was able to put together a capable leadership team
and the school started to move.
I have gained so much more calm and direction.’
🧭 Who is it for?
For everyone who is professionally involved in education:
- Head teachers and school leaders, policy support staff, (special needs) coordinators and teachers, trainee teachers.
- Internal support staff, pupil support staff, educational advisers.
- Policymakers, school boards and trainers in education.
- Support workers, therapists and coaches with a feel for education.
For all professionals who sense that...
- ‘Something’ isn't right in the school, the team or the classroom.
- Change doesn't happen by itself, despite good intentions.
- More is possible, but they don't know where to start.
- They want to take up their place in a more conscious and well-supported way.
- They are ready to break through old patterns and truly move forward.
- They are curious about how systemic work and conscious presence can contribute to more leadership, impact, growth, balance and fulfilment.
- They want to connect their intuition with concrete action and strategic choices.
- They want to lift their teams to a higher level through connection and awareness.
- They are looking for a new method to tackle complex challenges.
- They are seeking more authenticity and effectiveness in their professional lives.
- They dare to look in the mirror.
‘Schools breathe more freely when they work from the essence.’

🌱 In closing
In a time of change and challenge, schools need leaders who work from insight and connection: leaders who don't just roll out plans, but also understand the undercurrent. Leaders who apply Systemic Leadership Awareness for everyone involved in their school. As a result, they stand in their role more consciously, more powerfully and with greater calm.
