A few words of explanation

Leadership. You have always dreamt of it, and it seemed an easy task. Along the way you discover not only that it is a fascinating job, but also that it asks a great deal of you. In your leadership role, the people around you experience you differently from how you see yourself. As a result, you sometimes feel friction, processes don't run as smoothly as you had expected, you realise that delegating can still be a hurdle, and you wonder how to deal with all the different personalities and sensitivities in your team. The challenges are everywhere. The good news is that they carry you and your school further into a learning process and a balancing act between your own growth and the development of your team. 

Coming together with colleagues who understand the situation you are in gives you support and real added value, so that you can carry out your many-sided role with greater ease.
