Systemic advice for schools

The teaching experience
Transformation trajectory
On request

'Every systemic setup contributes to

insight, growth and life from your source, from who you already are.

And then it's party time. It also applies to a school.'

Hilde Van Bulck

What can systemic educational advice mean for your school?

A word of explanation.

You have certainly noticed that complicated situations drag on when we use our old, trusted ways of solving. They have proved their worth, but the awareness of our education is growing to a new level. A different approach is called for.

If we don't get a problem situation moving, it's because something remains hidden under the radar and wants to be seen, and we keep using the same solution methods. Several principles that make a school function well have become unbalanced and require a new balance. That is a favorable development. It makes the school and its participants grow. A systemic view can be enlightening.

'Expressing your gratitude, naturally moves you,

like you know who you are on a deeper level.

It also applies to the school and school events'

Hilde Van Bulck

What you can expect

You will be guided by someone who has worked in education for years and has many years of experience researching systemic processes. The problem that wants to be solved is framed in the larger whole of the school. Getting started with systemic advice can take your school forward in a hurry. The systemic view is a process unique to each school in terms of time, content, method and the number of people involved.

  • Use of two pillars: Teaching by being and systemic insights.
  • Create a safe school climate.
  • Initiate recovery movement.
  • Activating awareness associated with being present (Teaching by being).
  • Self-examination - individual and collective.
  • Examination of reflections and projections.
  • Not a solution, but starting a movement.
  • Develop readiness for management, teaching and learning.
  • Moving and refocusing the camera lens.
  • The importance of group formation.
  • The importance of the place.
  • The importance of the history of the school.
  • Examine goals.
  • Incentivising policy and teaching.

'We don't even see a fraction of the knowledge in our great unconscious field.

The playing field of information is infinite.

The solutions that come out of it reach beyond our imagination.

Imagine using it for your school.'

Hilde Van Bulck

For whom?

For schools that, from a contemporary consciousness, want to ...

  • implement systemic policy,
  • reach a higher level with the team,
  • set complex themes into motion,
  • simplify their internal organization,
  • develop a new pedagogical project,
  • raise awareness of school activities,
  • turn a crisis into strength and new opportunities.

Why is systemic advice beneficial for management teams?

  • You are heard and seen in what are your concerns.
  • You can spar on a different level.
  • You are supported.
  • You get the inspiration you missed and lift you up.
  • You can immediately implement the advice in your daily practice.
  • You immediately experience its effect.
  • You tap into new power sources.
  • Your horizon expands.
  • Your inner freedom of movement increases.
